Without the overwhelming support of Miami County voters and the Republican faithful who have worked tirelessly to elect Republican office holders, this site would not be possible.

Through the hard work of our local party enthusiasts Miami County Republicans hold 15 of 16 county wide elected posts. We are proud of our elected officials and believe they represent some of the best public servants in the State of Ohio if not the United States.

Every 4 years each precinct in Miami County elects a Republican Central Committee person who represents their precinct for the Miami County Republican Party. The only qualifications are that you are a registered Republican and live in the precinct. These elected precinct committee persons elect the officers (see link) of the Central and Executive Committee who hold those position for the 4 year term of the Central Committee. The Central and Executive Committee are our grass roots organization, which is the backbone of our success.

The Republican Executive Committee consists of all current Central Committee members, current and past countywide elected officials and officer approved individuals who have shown the effort and skills to elect Republican candidates. The Executive Committee, by Ohio Statute, is the governing body of the County Republican Party.

Miami County GOP also boasts some of the strongest auxiliary clubs in the State; the Men’s Club, the Woman’s Club & the Young Republican’s.

The TARS (teenage republican’s) are our foot soldiers who work year in and year out to elect our candidates by doing the door to door, phone calling and sweat equity work that needs done to ensure our candidates have a leg up on their competition.

As Chairman, it is difficult to thank everyone involved in making Miami County one of the most successful Republican counties in the State of Ohio.
